Blackberry PGP Encryption

As a mobile phone user your device is at a constant threat of being hacked or accessed by any unauthorized individual. If you have any confidential data on your mobile phone it can be easily accessed by the third party without this even coming to your knowledge. If it happens, this can prove to be harmful for you. So, in such a case what can you do to prevent this from happening to you?

Consider yourself lucky if you use a blackberry mobile device. The process to secure your data becomes easier and convenient for you. This is so as the blackberry devices make use of the state of the art software that makes it possible to secure their information from the unauthorized access of the others.

The technology used by these devices is based on PGP, which stands for the ‘pretty good technology’. It is an encryption method that renders it unable for the outsiders, hackers and the third parties to read your confidential data. It can be used to securely send and receive the emails, messages and other data across the networks.

In this technology, the data to be sent or received is encrypted using a private encryption key and passwords that are shared between the sender and the receiver only. So, no one else can access the information from your phone or during the process it is being transferred.

This technology is available with the BB devices or as a service. If it is not on your blackberry device, you can install pgp on blackberry from any service provider who offer this facility at economical prices.  Best suited for security and privacy concerned individuals; it is greatly used by the private and public companies and the government officials.

Buying a mobile phone is a big investment these days. It is often also very confusing. With such a large number of mobile phones that are available, one faces a great dilemma on which model or company make to buy.

The holiday season does not help either. The handsets are sold at such amazingly discounted prices that even the most willed person cannot resist buying one.  Out of the   many options, the windows mobiles, iPhone and the blackberry handsets remain an eternal favorite.

While the iPhone offers an astonishing user experience, it also hits the pockets hard to buy one. On the other hand, the windows phone is seeing flat sales due to its limited apps and service availability. The blackberry, on the other hand, has been launching some pretty good devices since the last few months. These devices combine the business applications with the software for the recreational purposes. The technology has been used for such long time that there are ample apps and services available.

Earlier, Blackberry was the pioneer in introducing the affordable business application phones. But now, they have included the recreational features in the mobile software to give a complete and unmatched user experience.

This is reflected in their devices that run on blackberry 10 pgp technology based software which boasts of many innovative features that are not found in other popular mobile devices.

And, the most unique of the feature that is exclusive to the BB mobile sets is their use of the pgp technology. This technology enables sending and receiving messages and emails in encrypted format which can’t be intercepted by a third party without your knowledge. This comes as an added feature to all the other amazing features the BB sets offer.
